FAVOR

They said I wasn’t qualified.

God said, I called you anyway.

They said I was too broken.

God said, I build with fragments.

Favor isn’t fair—

it’s fierce.

It walks in like fire

and leaves no doubt behind.

I didn’t earn this grace.

It found me.

Like Noah in the flood,

like Mary in the silence,

like David in the field—

forgotten by men,

but spotlighted by heaven.

I’ve been shielded by Psalm 5:12,

anchored by Proverbs 3:4,

and carried by Luke 1:30.

Favor wrapped around me

like a promise that won’t fold.

So let them question.

Let them count me out.

I’m not here for their approval—

I’m here because God said yes.
